Description

The Colchester Youth Diversion Alliance (CYDA) is dedicated to supporting youth and families by providing positive alternatives, guidance, and access to essential services. Our mission is to foster resilience, accountability, and personal growth through a comprehensive approach that addresses various needs.

How We Help

  • Pro-Social Activities: We engage youth in meaningful, skill-building experiences that promote healthy decision-making, connection, and personal development.
  • Credit Recovery Support: We assist students in getting back on track academically by connecting them with resources that help them regain lost credits and stay on the path to graduation.
  • Service Projects: We encourage youth to give back to their community through volunteer opportunities that build character, leadership, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Family and Health Services: We help families navigate and access vital support systems, including:
    • Individual and family therapy
    • In-home support services
    • Substance use treatment and prevention resources

CYDA is committed to guiding youth toward positive futures by providing them with the tools and connections they need to succeed.
